The Female Orgasm Revealed
The Female Orgasm Revealed, by Gabrielle Moore, is a book that goes over everything you need to know about the female orgasm.
Designed to help men satisfy their lovers, The Female Orgasm Revealed explains the different myths about female pleasure, and the most common reasons of sexual frustration. It then provides a description of the female anatomy, and the most important erogenous points.
The most important chapter of the book is dedicated to teaching important techniques and positions that the reader will be able to try with his lover on the same night.
The tips include foreplay techniques, orgasm achieving strategies and a useful approach on oral sex. To read more, click here...
THE PROS
The good side about The Female Orgasm Revealed is its practicality. Even though it does provide important theoretical information on female anatomy, most of it is dedicated to giving you a step-by-step guide on how to act and what to do when.
At the end of each chapter, there is a summary of the information that you should retain and use in your next intercourse.
It's also useful to know that the author –Gabrielle- is a female intimacy expert. She has been working in the subject for years. The Female Orgasm Revealed is one of her many books and courses that have helped thousands of couples around the world to improve their sex lives. Click here to learn more...
Insider's tip: Gabrielle Moore gives a 5 Myths About The Female Orgasm report at no charge to every person who signs up in her website...plus, she sends you interesting stories and tips through her newsletter now and then. Sign up and receive your free report today by clicking here.
THE CONS
Although Gabrielle has worked with both men and women for years, she obviously has a woman's perspective and tends to focus on her a bit more than on him. Therefore, it's not really a good option if you are looking for ways to enhance your own pleasure.
Another con is that you may find it too basic. The Female Orgasm Revealed is more of an introductory book, so if you are already giving your partner fairly descent orgasms on a regular basis, or if you already know how to provide pleasure through at least 5 different positions, you may want to look for something more challenging.
FINAL WORDS...
The Female Orgasm is one of the most intriguing subjects in the intimacy area; in parallel, sexual frustration is one of the first causes of infidelity in the world. Whether it is through Gabrielle's book or not, it is highly recommendable that you take a full dive into the subject in order to be able to satisfy your lover.
Sex is a two-way road and so it must be understood. If you only worry about receiving, you might end up not having someone to give to at all. Don't waste your time and learn about the female orgasm now. Click here to get started now...

If You Are Over 40...
Contributed by an anonymous Australian
Mum used to cut chicken, slice eggs and spread mayo on the same cutting board with the same knife and no bleach, but we didn't get food poisoning.
My Mum used to defrost mince-meat on the kitchen sink AND I used to eat some raw sometimes, too.
Our school sandwiches were wrapped in wax paper, in a brown paper bag, not in icepack coolers, but I can't remember anybody getting e. coli.
Almost all of us would have rather gone swimming in the creek instead of a pristine pool (talk about boring), no beach closures then.
The term mobile phone would have conjured up a moving phone, and a pager was the school loudhailer or PA system.
We all played sport, and also did PE... and risked permanent injury with a pair of sandshoes (only worn in the gym or the sports ground) instead of having cross-training athletic shoes with air cushion soles and built-in light reflectors.
I can't recall any injuries but they must have happened, because they tell us how much safer we are now.....
Flunking sport was not an option.... even for stupid kids!
There were not many fat kids.
Speaking of school, we all said prayers and sang the National Anthem and got free school milk for strong bones and teeth, and staying in detention after school caught all sorts of negative attention. We must have had horribly damaged psyches.
What an archaic health system we had then. Remember school nurses?
Ours wore a hat and everything, and she could even give you an aspirin for a headache or fever.
I thought that I was supposed to accomplish something before I was allowed to be proud of myself.
I just can't recall how bored we were without computers, Play Station, Nintendo, X-box or 270 digital TV cable stations.
Oh yeah.. and where was the Benadryl and sterilization kit when I got that bee sting?
I could have been killed!
We played 'king of the castle' on piles of gravel left on vacant construction sites, and when we got hurt, Mum pulled out the 48-cent bottle of Mercurochrome (kids liked it better because it didn't sting like iodine did) and then we got our hair ruffled and got told to get back out there!
Now it's a trip to the emergency room, followed by a 10-day dose of a $49 bottle of antibiotics, and then Mum calls the Solicitor to sue the contractor for leaving a horribly vicious pile of gravel where it was such a threat.
We didn't misbehave at our mate's house either, because if we did, we got our bum smacked there, and then we got our bum belted again when we got home.
I recall Donny Reynolds from next door coming over and doing his tricks on the front verandah, just before he fell off. Little did his Mum know that she could have owned our house. Instead, she picked him up and swatted him for being such a yobbo. It was a neighbourhood run amuck.
We climbed trees, rolled down grassy slopes, made dams in the gutter, jumped into privit hedges...
To top it off, not a single person I knew had ever been told that they were from a 'dysfunctional family'.
How could we possibly have known that we needed to get into group therapy and anger management classes?
We were obviously so duped by so many societal ills, that we didn't even notice that the entire country wasn't taking Prozac!
How did we ever survive?
LOVE TO ALL OF US WHO SHARED THIS ERA, AND TO ALL WHO DIDN'T---- SORRY FOR WHAT YOU MISSED.
I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING!

Scumbags promote THIS as healthy?
contributed by Mike Geary
If you haven't seen it already on TV or online, the American Corn Refiners Association has started a massive marketing campaign to try to revamp the poor public image of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS).
In my opionion, this is PURE SLEEZE! These guys are scumbags!
We all know by now that HFCS is one of the worst things in our food supply. I lump it in with trans fats as one of the biggest dangers and causes of health problems and obesity in our food supply.
Basically, with this new MASSIVE advertising campaign (I'm seeing the ads everywhere lately online and on TV), they are trying to give the impression that HFCS is somehow "healthy".
Yeah, and while society and our kids get fatter and more unhealthy, they're lining their pockets with massive profits since HFCS is in the majority of processed food.
It's one thing to sell unhealthy products... I mean, everybody has the right to buy or sell something unhealthy if they really want to. However, these guys are taking it to a new level (an immoral one) at trying to give the impression that HFCS is healthy.
They don't come right out and say that it's healthy, but they do say these misleading statements:
- "it's all natural"
- "it's made from corn"
- "it's no worse than table sugar"
- "contains the same calories as table sugar"
Once again... scumbags!
In one of the commercials, they show someone eating a Popsicle (ice block on a stick), and the actress basically defends it saying that "it's all natural" and it's "made from corn". The other commercial I saw shows them offering someone a sweetened soft drink (since most soft drinks are sweetened with HFCS) and basically tries to give the same type of impression that it's not so bad for you after all.
Are you kidding me?
First of all, HFCS is worse than sugar. However, I won't even get into the scientific discussion of how this affects the insulin and leptin process in your body, blood sugar, the hunger trigger, etc...
Instead, I'll make a more important point:
WHO CARES if it's "no worse for you than table sugar"... because table sugar is one of the worst things you can put in your body anyway, so it's not even a valid argument!
The bottom line is that if you want to maintain a lean healthy body for life, you should be minimizing, or even eliminating, all table sugar and HFCS... as well as eliminating most processed food in general.
And don't even get me started on their claim that HFCS is "all-natural". Maybe according to some idiotic definition of "natural", you can claim that it's natural... but all we need to know is that it's a highly processed, refined substance that MAKES YOU FAT!
That's all we need to know. I don't care if you call it natural or artificial.
Think about all of this the next time you're offered a can of soda, a Popsicle, ice cream, cereals, candy, cakes, etc... they are almost always loaded with HFCS and go directly against your efforts to get lean and stay healthy.

Simply Eat!
Are you like me and have a hard time with eating beans and grains, despite the fact they're supposed to be 'healthy'?
Do you gain fat when you eat even "non-refined" healthy carbs like brown rice?
I did -- until recently.
Here's your mid-week tip:
Soak all grains and legumes for 24 hours prior to cooking them.
Don't worry -- they taste the same. They're even more fluffy. But, more important than that -- they are now "lectin-free"... or 90% there.
What are lectins?
Lectins are protein and protein-family substances that love to bind to stuff and mess with your body's cellular structure.
The have a nasty habit of rendering even the most healthy of foods (almost always plant-based) very unhealthy for you to consume.
This does not have to be.
Simply soaking brown rice and legumes (beans) in water for 24 hours, according to food allergy researcher Dr. David Freed, causes the lectins in both foods to be destroyed 10 minutes into cooking.
This will not happen if you cook grains normally.
This is why you may be sniffling or having a hard time with "good carbs" in your diet. There are other reasons, but I've found this to be the ace in the hole.
Try it and see if your grains don't go down better.
Want more tips like this, as well as the 5 Steps that are guaranteed to make any food plan (die-t... spelled that way because look at the first three letters... this plan is not a death sentence!) --
- 5 times easier
- 5 times faster (as fast as possible to shed fat in a healthy way)
- 5 times more powerful (something you cannmanage for life!)

Scientific Breakthrough Discovers Root Cause of Alzheimer's Disease
There are scientific advancements that look promising for preventing and even reversing the early stages of Alzheimer's disease.
Alzheimer's disease is a progressive deterioration of the brain, first described in 1907 by the German neurologist Alois Alzheimer (1864–1915). It is the most common form of dementing, or mind-depriving, illness, affecting cells in an area of the brain important to memory.
Alzheimer's disease or Alzheimer's syndrome most commonly strikes elderly adults, but it has also been known to afflict people in their late twenties.
People with Alzheimer’s experience difficulties communicating, learning, thinking and reasoning – problems severe enough to have an impact on an individual’s work, social activities and family life.
Alzheimer's is the most common neurodegenerative disease in the number of people affected. It is emerging to potentially become the largest medical problem facing the elderly in the 21st century.
Currently there are as many as 5 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050.
A new person is diagnosed with Alzheimer's every 71 seconds, and because people are living longer Alzheimer's disease has become a serious health problem that governments must face; this disease is now the sixth leading cause of death in America alone. Alzheimer's disease is becoming tragically common.
Over 12 million people worldwide suffer from Alzheimer's disease. The direct and indirect cost of caring for Alzheimer's victims in the United States alone is more than $100 billion a year.
With these startling statistics, can anything be done to save our brains from this horrific deterioration? Will more seniors be able to avoid falling victim to Alzheimer's as the elderly population increases? Are we finally getting close to a cure?
The conventional medical approach is limited to pain relief and controlling some of the related symptoms by using expensive prescription drugs riddled with side effects.
But in reality, extensive research reveals that proliferation of Alzheimer’s disease in society is a direct manifestation of our changed lifestyles. When people around the world experience similar problems, it's not a random incident but a methodical process spreading across cultures and borders.
You see, our lifestyle choices have gotten us into this mess. We need to make the right choices to get us out.
The fact is the exponential increase in Alzheimer’s disease is really the result of the way our lives have changed. The bad news is we are used to living a certain way now and it isn’t easy to change. The good news is that change is in our power and with it better health.
One way to help lower the risk of dementia and one that you can have responsibility for is to change your habits of life, eat healthily and take regular exercise. Currently, researchers studying Alzheimer's patients have noticed that those who stay healthy and take specific nutritional supplements have slowed down and even reversed the decline.
Conclusion
Overcoming Alzheimer’s is no easy matter. However, there new approaches today that seem promising and more and more people are finding that they can start to reverse their Alzheimer’s.

Ivan's Story About How He Lost Weight
Before Strip That Fat
I made no progress.
I was a pretty heavy kid all through high school. I had a real cool attitude about it and I would never take any jokes to the heart.
Then as the years moved on...
I began to hate it, I could not get a single girl to think of me as more then her "cuddly friend". It really began to affect me. All my friends were in college with all the parties and girls and I was too damn fat to have any confidence!
So I began to force myself to make a change. I tried everything!
*Diets
*Miracle pills
*Starvation
*No drinking soda (yea that was a dumb one)
*Even enrolled in a weight loss program for a while
I wasted so much money but nothing worked! I thought I would have to deal with my extra baggage forever...
Then I found Strip That Fat!
And I figured it was BS like all the rest..
So I took no action... Several weeks later my friend, Mike, told me he had used it and I was amazed at how much thinner he looked.
After seeing that my friend lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks, I decided I would try it out for myself.

Strip That Fat is awesome!
I used Strip That Fat for only 2 months and lost 30 pounds! My man boobs are no longer at a D cup and I look much better.
I also had so much more confidence I started going to the parties with my friends and regained the outgoing personality I had lost.
Still working on the whole girl friend thing, but hey, it's a work in progress.
Why do I share my story?
I want everyone to be able to achieve what I myself have achieved. You should stop the procrastination and get started today! Not tomorrow, not next week, not a week before a huge beach party or wedding invitation. NOW!
The sooner you start, the quicker you can see results regardless of age or gender. Stop procrastinating and jump right into it.

How to Control Your Arthritis
Red skin, burning sensation, swollen joints and so stiff you don't want to move... that's what those who suffer from arthritis experience on a daily basis. Did you know there are 46 million Americans (that's 1 out of every 5 people in the USA) that are living with arthritis every day? To better understand how to get relief from this debilitating disease, we need to dive deeper into its root cause.
Some of the types of arthritis which are associated with inflammation include:
- rheumatoid arthritis
- gout
- tendinitis
- bursitis
- polymyalgia rheumatica
What is Arthritis, Exactly?
Arthritis actually means joint (arthr) inflammation (itis). Arthritis can be used to define a group of more than 100 rheumatic diseases and other conditions that can cause pain, stiffness and swelling in the joints or any part of your body. Additionally, it can damage the joint cartilage which can lead to joint weakness, instability and visible deformities that can interfere and, in severe cases, limit a person's ability to perform most basic daily tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, using a computer keyboard, washing dishes or brushing your teeth. Arthritis can affect anyone regardless of age and most commonly affects joints in the knees, hips, hands and spine. If left undiagnosed and not treated properly, arthritis can cause irreversible damage to the joints, bones, organs, and skin. Not to mention dramatically impair your quality of life.
Arthritis-related conditions primarily affect the muscles and the bones but it is also considered to be systemic, affecting the whole body. Arthritis can cause damage to any bodily organ or system, including the lungs, kidneys, blood vessels, skin and even the heart. The Arthritis Foundation sites two independent studies (Brigham and Women's Hospital in
No one really knows the exact cause of arthritis but there are certain risk factors to keep in mind:
- Genetics - likely to contribute to risk but no one knows how much.
- Age - the older you are the more at risk you become.
- Weight - maintaining a healthy weight will ease the load on the joints.
- Previous Injury - major injuries are likely to contribute to risk.
- Occupational Hazards - repetitive, high demand jobs increase risk.
- Certain Sports - high level, high demand sports can contribute to arthritis (however, general exercise is always of benefit)
- Illness or infection - an infection in the joint or gout can lead to arthritis.
Sadly enough, the American Arthritis Foundation reports that half of those Americans with arthritis don't believe anything can be done to help ease their pain. You may be in that situation yourself, having thrown your hands up in frustration and simply decided to live with your pain. The good news is that by reducing the inflammation you can significantly ease the painful symptoms associated with arthritis.
Here are a few ways to reduce your inflammation:
- Exercise - less weight equals less stress on joints
- Diet - Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and whole-grain products; limit sugar, salt and fat (especially saturated fat found in animal products)
- Rest - a good balance between rest and activity is the key to joint health
- Over-the-counter and prescription medications - while these may provide temporary relief by masking the pain they do not always get to the root of the problem - inflammation. They can also have serious side effects, especially with long-term use.
- Natural anti-inflammatory supplements - probably the most promising natural approach to reducing inflammation in a long while. We recommend looking for supplements containing systemic enzymes and all-natural herbal ingredients.
Finally... A Safe, Effective, All Natural Pain Reliever
Dan Monahan had reached the point where he was willing to try anything - anything to ease the constant pain and inflammation in his leg. He could no longer walk. Even standing was uncomfortable.
His doctor gave him several prescription medicines but nothing helped. Pain was ruining his life. When Dan saw an ad for this natural pain reliever, he was skeptical. How could this product work when every prescription his doctor gave him hadn't? But he decided to give it a
try. Let Dan tell you what happened:
"Was I pleasantly surprised! After only 2 to 3 days on the activation
dose, I noticed reduced inflammation and less pain in my leg."
After just three weeks, Dan started walking again. This all natural product worked for Dan when all of his prescription drugs hadn't. You can relieve your constant, burning pain when prescription drugs no longer work – just like Dan did – with Heal-n-Soothe.
That's because Heal-n-Soothe works differently than prescription drugs. Here's how:
Prescription drugs reduce inflammation by switching off important compounds your body needs. Many are vital to your health. Eventually, you may need more drugs to get the same relief. Or worse, you experience dangerous side effects caused by drugs that are supposed to help you feel better.
Heal-n-Soothe works with nature by adding more of the enzymes that naturally reduce inflammation. With Heal-n-Soothe, your body has everything it needs to repair and renew your muscles and joints. You have less pain as a result - with no life threatening side effects.
So if you're in constant pain and prescription drugs no longer help, don't wait another second. Click here to ease your pain and cool inflammation with Heal-n-Soothe! Sphere: Related Content

The Only Weight Loss Plan That Really Works
There are a lot of diets and weight loss plans around. Each month, practically every women's magazine has yet another diet, while at the same time featuring articles about strawberry shortcake and other weight-gaining desserts.
There is one plan, though, that does actually work and more importantly, is not only easy to follow, but makes you feel better fairly quickly, within two weeks.
It's called "Fat Loss 4 Idiots". They promise a loss of 4 kilos (about 9 pounds) in 11 days by following their multi-meal per day plan of different foods at different times of the day. Much of this is probably water weight, since it's hard for the human body to lose so much fat at one time unless you are very obese. However, you will definitely lose fat in the process.
Check it out here.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots food is made up of lean proteins, fruit and vegetables, and the sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs). There are some starchy carbohydrates (such as oats and pasta). The day is divided into 4 meals that should be eaten at a minimum of 2 1/2 hours apart. There is no calorie or carb counting, no limit on portion size - Fat Loss 4 Idiots says you "just eat short of being full".
Many people have trouble recognizing that point, but it's easier if you eat slowly. It also helps to use smaller plates, which will look full, rather than big plates, that could look empty.
Check it out here.
The Food
Fat Loss 4 Idiots can't really be classified as a low carb diet, or a low fat diet. In fact, it's kind of a little bit of everything, which is an interesting change of pace from the usual "fad" diets that focus on doing or eliminating ONE thing to excess (like Atkins).
The plan does not include many starchy carbs like pasta, potatoes, and breads. They do include a moderate amount of carbs however, so you won't be endlessly craving bread.
What's also interesting is that there are no calorie or portion limits. Basically they advise you to "eat until satisfied, not full." This might be a blurry line for some, so you must keep in mind that a bit of self control will be in order.
One glass of wine is permitted per day for you wine drinkers.
Vegetarians will be pleased to find that there is a vegetarian option for the plan, which includes several soy substitutes and a healthy portion of nuts.
The Good Bits
Fat Loss 4 Idiots stays true to its name. It's basically a no-nonsense plan that gives you a set of steps and simply asks you to follow them. You won't find any complex, hard to understand science about weight loss. Just follow the diet. This is great for people who would like to lose weight but don't want to slog through an entire book before getting to the point.
The diet is very well balanced, although there is a high amount of protein.
The Bad Bits
Fat Loss 4 Idiots will indeed help you lose weight. However, the diet is a bit bland and boring, so you might not be able to continue the plan forever. For short term weight loss goals, the diet works quite well. One solution might be to use Fat Loss 4 Idiots at first, and then slowly educate yourself into better overall eating habits.
In Summary
The feedback about this program is great, and many people are reporting excellent results across the board. If you're not into the "science of weight loss" and simply want to drop the pounds, I highly encourage you to check out Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

The Man Who Lost His Face
I work with patients at a local hospital. These people have had some sort of trauma, such as a heart attack or accident that caused them to be taken to hospital.
Recently I was helping a man, about 55 years old, who had some strange problems. He said he had been in hospital for a couple of weeks, but wasn’t sure why. His telephone rang. He walked over to the bed. The telephone was next to his pillow on the bed. He picked up his pillow with his left hand, held it to his ear, and said, “Hello?”
I thought he was joking. He wasn’t. The telephone rang again. “Hello? HELLO?” His voice was rising, and that was when I realised he wasn’t joking. I walked over, picked up the telephone handset, took away his pillow, and put the handset in his hand. He then talked normally to the person who had called, which turned out to be his sister.
Later in the day, he was sitting in his chair, feeling his face. He hadn’t shaved for several days and had a scruffy appearance. He said, “I need a shave.”
“Do you normally use an electric razor or straight razor with shaving foam?” I asked.
“Electric,” he said.
“Do you have your razor here?”
“No.”
“OK, well, I will ask the nurse if she can get you a disposable razor and some Foamy so you can shave.”
“You’ll have to show me how to do that, I don’t know how.”
I looked into the hall, and there was a young nursing assistant walking by. I asked her if she could find a razor and some shaving foam for the patient. She said she could, so I went back into the room to get my patient ready.
I told him to take off his T-shirt and put a towel around his shoulders so that he wouldn’t splash water and foam on his shirt. Then I positioned him in front of the sink and mirror and told him to splash some warm water on his face to soften up his beard. He did that fine, but after five minutes of patting his face with water, the nursing assistant still had not appeared.
By this time, he was getting impatient (joke: he was an impatient patient).
Finally she appeared with two little paper tubs, the kind some restaurants use for ketchup, filled to overflowing with shaving foam.
He quickly covered his wet beard with the foam, then picked up the disposable razor she had left.
As he brought it close to his face, he twisted it in his fingers so the metal part was away from his face and the plastic part was against his skin. I stopped him, told him the razor was reversed, and fixed it for him. He brought it up to his face again, and once again, he flipped it. He did this five times. Finally, I held his hand tightly as he brought the razor to his face and then guided him with the first few strokes.
He then proceeded to shave the right side of his face and under his chin, using correct strokes with and against the grain. Clearly, he knew how to shave, and his previous remark that he did not know how was untrue.
Then he yelled: “I CAN’T FIND IT!”
“Find what?" I asked.
“MY FACE! I CAN”T FIND MY FACE!”
Hmmm. It seems that he could see the right side and centre of his face, but he could not see the left side, even though he was facing the mirror. I took the razor from his hand, turned him, then shaved the left side myself.
Later in the day, we went for a walk down the hallway, and when we got back to the room, he decided he wanted to call his sister. He pulled a folded piece of paper out of his pocket and tried to open it, but he could not find the open edge. I asked him what it was, and he told me it was his sister’s phone numbers. I said, “Give it to me, and I will open it and get the numbers.”
By this time we were right outside his room, standing next to the door. He put his hand on the wooden railing halfway up the wall. This is a wooden strip to protect the wall from wheelchairs and other equipment. He ran both hands along the railing, and then said “I CAN’T FIND THE TELEPHONE!” Clearly, he thought the railing was the phone line.
I took his elbow, and said, “Let’s go into your room, I think the telephone is near the bed.”
We walked into his room, approached the bed, and I saw the telephone on the side table next to the bed. I picked up the phone, dialed his sister’s number, and when she answered, asked her to call me later on my mobile phone, but right now her brother wanted to talk to her.
He chatted for a while, and hung up.
Later, his sister called and gave me some background. It seems that he had been found unconscious on a city street four months ago. He was alive but not in good shape. The paramedics took him to a nearby hospital, where they stabilized him, then did a CT scan. They found that a large part of his brain showed up as a grey cloud, it was not looking the way a brain normally looks. It appears that he had destroyed part of his brain with drugs, probably cocaine, crystal meth, whatever.
He could function in some cases perfectly normally… he could walk and talk, dress himself, feed himself, and go to the bathroom without help. However, both his memory and his spatial ability were damaged, and he could not handle some tasks like opening the folded paper. This is a form of dementia. It is not curable. Once the brain is damaged, it is basically a vegetable, there is no way to fix it.
When I opened the drawer of his side table, I discovered a can of Foamy and a straight razor, so clearly he had lied, probably unknowingly, about shaving with an electric razor.
So the moral of this story is: don’t do drugs. Once your brain is fried, it’s game over for those functions that are damaged. This man will spend the rest of his life in hospital.

Working with Mental Patients
Lately I have been working at various hospitals as a patient sitter and companion, at minimum wage ($8 an hour). The job is to sit with a patient and help them for the day. Sounds easy enough, but it isn't.
Yesterday I had a guy who had fried his brain on drugs and whom I could not control; he left the ward and the hospital building and went outside in -15 C temperature in his pyjamas to smoke. Most stressful.
The other day I had a biker who survived a bad crash, and had a brain operation. Kept getting out of bed to look for his stash, his MP3 player, his studded boots, and his leather jacket, all of which were in the security lockup. I would get him back into bed by telling him his stuff was securely locked up and guarded by 4 big beefy guys. Ten minutes later, he would bound out of bed again, having forgotten what I said.
Before that I had a blind Somali refugee who was autistic and could not speak, liked to sleep naked then jump up at random moments and flip his mattress upside down. The most stressful part was when he jumped out of bed and went crashing into another bed and then could not be controlled. He was naked, and unfortunately, one of the beds was occupied by an ex-diplomat and he had 4 old friends visiting. They were horrified at the sight of this uncontrollable naked black man charging around the room.
There were others, equally stressful.
The company called today and wanted me to do another one tomorrow. I said, no, I needed a couple of days to recover from these high stress situations. The boss was annoyed that I wouldn't work.
I don't think I will last long at this. No training. Very little pay. High stress. Not your usual McJob.
